How to practise with flashcards
Recall first, reveal the answer, then decide whether you knew it or need another review.

Quick answer
Try to recall the answer before revealing it, then honestly mark whether you knew it or need another review. Check saving feedback before leaving the session.
The useful moment in a flashcard session happens before you reveal the back. Try to produce the answer yourself instead of only checking whether it looks familiar.
Work through one card honestly
Open a deck from Flashcards and start practice. Read the front, say or write your answer, then reveal the back. Use the available know-or-review actions according to whether you recalled it before revealing it.
A nearly correct answer can still deserve another review when the missing word or condition changes the meaning. Be consistent about what counts as knowing a card.
Use the session controls
Follow the on-screen keyboard or touch instructions for flipping and navigating. The session records review answers, so watch for saving feedback. If a save fails, use the retry action rather than assuming the last response reached the server.
What if there are no cards due?
The app can show that nothing is due and offer study-all or replay actions. Use the available action if you want another pass. A clear queue does not mean the deck has been deleted.
When should I stop?
Finish a manageable session and note the cards you struggled with. If the same long answer keeps failing, split it into smaller questions. Use a test later to check whether you can apply the knowledge beyond the card.
